If you are looking for a machine for mixing bread this is the one. Reviewers love the Bosch mixer for making bread. It will do multiple batches just fine. It also does whole grain breads wonderfully. Its 800 watt motor coupled with the transmission make for a solid heavy duty machine. Several reviewers mentioned how they had burned up other mixers doing bread dough that the Bosch handles easily.

This is one of those machines that mothers and daughters both own. Reviewer after reviewer stated how well it did bread. One person did recommend buying the cookie paddles as she broke her beaters making stiff cookie dough, though she said it was her fault and not the mixers.

Another individual reported that she used the bread hook for cookies and just had to stop the mixer occasionally to scrap ingredients down the sides so the dough hook could incorporate it better. It does have the ability to have some cool attachments like a blender, meat grinder and juicer just to name a few.

It was hard to find something negative about this as so many have stated that this is the best mixer but some people did say that the Bosch was harder to clean than the kitchen aid.  And while yes it does have more nooks and crannies other reviewers said it was not really that hard to clean and some just put it in the dishwasher with no problems.

The Bosch does a great job making bread but it can also make meringue or whip cream up like a dream.  It is a solid all around mixer but seems to do bread much better than the other mixers on the market.  The Bosch Mixer universal plus is a work horse designed for bread, cookie dough, brownies and other tougher batters and it can also be used for making more delicate items such as merengue.  With that in mind the Bosch mixer universal plus is highly recommended for anyone who wants a well built and long lasting and heavy duty mixer.
